Job Title: Consultant Radiologist Department: Radiology / Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology Hospital: Sri Chandra Sekara Hospital (SCS Hospital) Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu – 635109 Job Description SCS Hospital, a 100-bedded multispecialty hospital in Hosur, is looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant Radiologist to join its Radiology Department. The hospital provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services with facilities including CT, ultrasound, colour Doppler, X-ray and advanced imaging services. Key Responsibilities Interpret and report CT, X-ray, ultrasound and Doppler examinations accurately and efficiently. Handle routine, emergency and inpatient radiology cases. Provide timely reports to support clinical diagnosis and treatment. Correlate imaging findings with clinical history and other investigations. Perform or assist with USG/CT-guided procedures as required. Communicate critical and urgent findings promptly to the treating consultants. Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and clinical case reviews. Ensure appropriate imaging protocols and radiation-safety practices are followed. Maintain accurate radiology documentation and reporting standards. Coordinate with clinicians, radiographers, technicians and other members of the healthcare team. Support the hospital's 24×7 emergency and critical-care services when required. Qualification MBBS + MD/DNB/DMRD in Radiology or equivalent recognized qualification. Valid medical registration. Candidates with relevant experience in diagnostic radiology will be preferred. Experience in CT, ultrasound and Doppler reporting is desirable. Candidates with experience in interventional radiology will have an added advantage. Skills Required Strong diagnostic and analytical skills. Ability to handle emergency cases and provide timely reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
