About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Resident in General Surgery to join our department. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to manage acute surgical cases, refine advanced operative skills, and mentor post-graduate residents in a high-volume clinical environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities Patient Care: Manage surgical out-patients (OPD), handle ward admissions (IPD), and conduct daily clinical rounds. Emergency & Trauma: Lead emergency surgical triaging, resuscitation, and urgent operative interventions. Surgical Procedures: Perform minor and major general surgical procedures under supervision or independently, depending on experience. Academic Duties: Actively participate in clinical teaching programs, bedside clinics, journal clubs, and mortality meetings for postgraduates. Administrative Operations: Ensure meticulous maintenance of pre-operative and post-operative patient medical documentation.
