Role Overview
A state-of-the-art super-specialty tertiary care hospital in Bhavnagar is actively seeking an expert surgical professional for the position of Consultant Urologist. This premium super-specialty role is fully optimized for a highly skilled surgeon capable of directing advanced endourological procedures, laparoscopic urology, and managing complex uro-oncology cases. The selected consultant will head the urology department, supervise specialized post-operative urological wings, and provide superior care for renal and urological disorders to patients across the Saurashtra region.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MCh or DNB in Urology from an National Medical Commission (NMC) recognized, premier super-specialty university or institute.
Experience: 0 to 5+ years of post-MCh clinical practice experience (open to both talented fresh postgraduates and seasoned senior consultants).
Licensure: Mandatory active, permanent registration with the Gujarat Medical Council (GMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
Compensation :
Salary: ₹2,50,000 to ₹4,00,000 per month + highly attractive volume-based surgical incentives (negotiable based on clinical track record and case portfolio)
