Role Overview
A premier, state-of-the-art super-specialty tertiary care hospital network in Gwalior is inviting applications from highly accomplished neurosurgeons for the position of Consultant Neurosurgeon. The selected brain and spine specialist will independently manage a heavy clinical load, leading high-risk emergency neuro-trauma surgeries, advanced neuro-oncology resections, and complex spinal reconstructions. This critical role involves managing dedicated neuro-outpatient clinics (OPD), supervising a specialized neuro-intensive care unit (NICU), and expanding comprehensive neurosurgical services across the region.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: MCh or DNB in Neurosurgery from an National Medical Commission (NMC) recognized, premier super-specialty university or institute.
Experience: 0 to 5+ years of post-MCh clinical practice experience (open to both talented fresh postgraduates and seasoned senior consultants).
Licensure: Mandatory active, permanent registration with the Madhya Pradesh Medical Council (MPMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
Salary: ₹3,50,000 to ₹5,00,000 per month + highly lucrative volume-based surgical incentives (negotiable based on clinical track record and case portfolio).
