About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Cardiologist to join the Cardiology department at a premier Multi-Specialty Hospital in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The candidate will lead non-invasive and invasive cardiac care, oversee the Cath Lab, manage cardiac emergencies, and provide comprehensive patient care in outpatient and ICU settings.
Key Responsibilities
Perform invasive cardiac procedures including coronary angiographies, angioplasties (PTCA), pacemaker implantations, and emergency primary PTCAs.
Conduct non-invasive cardiac evaluations, including 2D Echo, Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Stress Tests (TMT), and Holter Monitoring.
Manage Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) patients, cardiac ICUs, and attend to complex interventional emergency calls.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary medical teams to deliver evidence-based clinical care and post-operative management.
Requirements
DM or DNB in Cardiology from an NMC-recognized institution.
Valid registration with the Jharkhand State Medical Council (JSMC) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
