Job Description
Krishna Hospital, Vijaynagar (Bijainagar), Ajmer, Rajasthan, is looking for a qualified General Surgeon to join its medical team.
The selected doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients requiring surgical care, performing general surgical procedures, managing pre-operative and post-operative patients, and providing appropriate emergency surgical care.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and diagnose surgical conditions.
Perform general surgical procedures as clinically indicated.
Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
Manage emergency surgical cases.
Perform minor and major surgical procedures according to qualification and experience.
Provide appropriate wound care and post-operative follow-up.
Monitor patients during recovery and identify complications.
Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.
Coordinate with physicians, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow hospital infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Provide counselling to patients and their attendants regarding treatment and surgical procedures.
Eligibility
MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
MS/DNB in General Surgery or equivalent recognized qualification.
Valid medical registration.
Relevant experience in General Surgery is preferred.
Good clinical, surgical, communication, and patient-management skills.
