This opening is strictly open to candidates from Clinical Specialties only (MD, MS). The ideal candidate will spearhead both institutional administration and clinical excellence, ensuring top-tier medical education and superior healthcare delivery while maintaining strict compliance with National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines. Key Responsibilities Institutional Governance: Direct the overall academic, administrative, and clinical operations of the medical college and its affiliated teaching hospital. Clinical Excellence: Oversee the performance of clinical departments, super-specialty wings, and intensive care units to maintain high patient care standards. NMC Compliance: Serve as the chief custodian for all statutory regulations, successfully leading the institution through NMC, University, and state government inspections. Research & Development: Foster an ecosystem for clinical trials, advanced medical research, and high-impact publications in indexed journals. trategic Growth: Drive institutional expansion, manage multi-crore budgets, resource allocation, and advanced medical technology procurement.

Requirements

• Education: MD, MS in a recognized Clinical Specialty from a premier medical institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience as a Professor/Associate Professor in a clinical department, with at least 5 years of experience serving as Professor & Head of Department (HOD).
• Administrative Track Record: Prior experience as Vice-Principal, Medical Superintendent, or Dean is highly preferred.
• Licensure: Active and valid registration with the Telangana State Medical Council (TSMC) or NMC.
• Publications: A highly distinguished track record of clinical research papers published in indexed, peer-reviewed international or national medical journals.
