Job Summary
A leading NMC-recognized teaching hospital in Vadodara is inviting applications for the position of Senior Resident in General Medicine. This role is designed for dynamic, newly qualified or experienced MD/DNB physicians who want to manage intensive patient care in wards, emergency rooms, and ICUs, while actively teaching undergraduate MBBS students.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Manage outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) clinical cases, conduct intensive care rounds, and handle medical emergencies.
Undergraduate Teaching: Teach, mentor, and conduct clinical bedside clinics for undergraduate MBBS students.
Emergency Duties: Participate in rotational night shifts, casualty calls, and critical care management.
Academic Research: Contribute to ongoing clinical research, journal clubs, and case study presentations within the department.
Compliance: Assist the Assistant and Associate Professors in maintaining clinical records for regulatory inspections.
