This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ENT faculty looking for Associate Professor jobs in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidate will be responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, ENT patient care, surgical training, resident supervision, research and academic activities. Key Responsibilities Conduct undergraduate MBBS and postgraduate teaching in ENT/Otorhinolaryngology. Deliver lectures, tutorials, clinical demonstrations, seminars and case discussions. Provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of ENT disorders. Supervise ENT OPD, inpatient and emergency services. Perform and supervise ENT procedures and surgeries according to expertise. Manage common and complex cases involving the ear, nose, throat, head and neck. Provide surgical training and clinical guidance to postgraduate residents. Supervise pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Guide postgraduate students in dissertations, research and academic activities. Supervise Senior Residents, Junior Residents and interns. Participate in ward rounds, seminars, journal clubs and multidisciplinary meetings. Contribute to clinical research, publications and academic conferences. Participate in university examinations and internal assessments. Mentor junior faculty and contribute to departmental academic development. Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines, hospital protocols and patient-safety standards. Eligibility for Associate Professor – ENT MBBS + MS/DNB in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology from an NMC-recognized medical institution. Valid registration with the NMC/State Medical Council. Candidates should fulfil the applicable NMC eligibility criteria for Associate Professor. Relevant teaching experience in an NMC-recognized medical college is required. Candidates with postgraduate teaching, operative experience and research publications will be preferred. Experience As per applicable NMC norms for Associate Professor – ENT / Otorhinolaryngology. Candidates with strong experience in medical college teaching, postgraduate training, ENT surgery and academic activities will be preferred. Salary ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,25,000 per month Salary is negotiable based on qualification, teaching experience, surgical expertise, publications and overall academic profile. Why Apply?
